Spiced cashew nut recipe
Buy 2 pounds of raw cashew nut dehydrated, choose the big kernels with light yellowish color. Then prepare one teaspoon of dry red chili powder, sugar, sea salt, garlic power(ingredient except chili powder and salt, can be customized according to your tastes). One egg white is needed for leverage nut flavor. Prepare a stove so you can roast nuts.
Seasoning and roasting
Preheat the oven to 300 degree. Before seasoning, whip egg white in a deep bowl until the texture become creamy, into the bowl, add sugar, sea salt, chili powder, garlic powder, and other seasoning, then whisk until the ingredients are combined thoroughly and evenly. Next, add the cashew nuts into the mixture then toss and shake slightly to coat them with flavorings evenly. Spread the mixture evenly onto the thin foil on the oven stray, then bake for 15 minutes. After that, remove the stray from oven and toss it gently to prevent nuts sticking together, then put the stray back into the oven for another 3-5 minutes baking. Then crunchy chili flavored cashews are ready to serve now.
